This Shipping Policy governs all delivery services, order fulfillment processes, and customer shipping obligations for all purchases made on our website. By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all shipping terms below.

All orders undergo standard review, verification, and packing procedures before dispatch. Fulfillment operations run Monday through Friday, excluding national public holidays and major seasonal shopping events. Standard processing turnaround is 1–3 business days after successful payment clearance. Orders placed after daily business hours or on non-business days will be processed on the next working day. Temporary processing delays may occur during high-volume sales periods.

We offer two tiers of shipping service for both domestic and international orders: Express Delivery: 6–12 business days

All delivery timelines are estimated and not legally guaranteed. Actual transit duration may vary due to carrier operational adjustments, regional logistics restrictions, extreme weather conditions, and customs clearance processing for cross-border orders.

Shipping fees are dynamically calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. We provide complimentary standard delivery for all orders that meet the minimum spending threshold displayed at checkout. Priority shipping and international shipping rates are non-refundable and cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes. We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates without prior notice.

Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and official carrier tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. Tracking data typically requires 24–48 hours to sync and display real-time transit information. We are not responsible for carrier system delays, temporary tracking outages, or delivery schedule modifications.

We support global shipping to most eligible countries and territories. All international shipments may be subject to destination country import taxes, customs duties, clearance fees, and administrative charges. These fees are the sole financial responsibility of the customer. Our store does not cover, reimburse, or take liability for customs delays, detention, or additional government charges.

Customers are solely responsible for providing a full, accurate, and valid physical shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been processed or shipped, address edits, reroutes, or delivery method changes are no longer available. We assume no liability for lost, misdelivered, or returned packages caused by incorrect customer-provided address information.

Any package marked as undeliverable, refused by the recipient, or returned to sender by the carrier will not be automatically reshipped. Customers requesting re-delivery of returned orders will bear all new shipping costs. Failed delivery due to customer error does not qualify for free reshipment or shipping fee refunds.

Customers must submit a formal support claim for lost, missing, or damaged packages within 14 calendar days of the confirmed shipping date. All claims must include a valid order number and clear photographic evidence of damage or delivery failure. All cases will be reviewed and resolved in cooperation with the shipping carrier on an individual basis.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel shipments to PO boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, and remote areas with limited carrier delivery coverage. We also reserve the right to halt shipping services to regions affected by trade restrictions or logistics suspensions.

We retain full authority to update, adjust, or revise this shipping policy to match carrier rule changes, operational upgrades, and legal compliance requirements.
